My name is Brad Bentele and I'm owner and operator of RedLinc BBQ. I grew up in a rural Minnesota town. Family food, hard work and fun is a staple in the Bentele household. Hard work led us into the food industry, which, then, led, naturally and quickly, to our family BBQ restaurant and catering business being created and established.
Our family BBQ restaurant and catering business grew quickly and as our number of customers grew, we established many invaluable lifelong friendships with many of our customers, and acquired an incomprehensible amount of knowledge and experiences along the way as well.
Our family's business motto is to provide great service and great food while helping to serve our community. We pride ourselves in giving everyone the at home experience.
As time passed, my parents decided to retire. Around that same time, my career brought me from Minnesota to Nebraska. I wanted to bring that great BBQ taste and service everyone came to know and love here to Nebraska with me.
With a little faith, prayer and hard work, RedLinc BBQ Food Truck and Catering was established.
I'm looking forward to meeting and seeing new faces and serving the RedLinc BBQ food, flavor, and service to my new family and friends in Nebraska!
